Bid management, involving tender analysis, sourcing quotations from Sub-Contractors and the compilation of competitive tenders including the consideration of value engineering options and the management of risk throughout the process.

When required fulfilling the role of Peacemaker where needed, we will consider the merits of the respective parties grievances and seek to reach an acceptable commercial resolution for all concerned, without the need for the matter to escalate to the more expensive methods of dispute resolution.

Claims should be considered as the last resort but we have the capability to forensically consider the information available and put forward a robust and logical claim to assist you to recover your entitlement.
